Canadian mezzo-soprano Hannah Cole is pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance at Western University as their National Scholar. She holds her Associate Diploma (ARCT) in both Performance Voice and Performance Piano and has twice been recognized as the National Gold Medalist through the Royal Conservatory of Music and Conservatory Canada. Her operatic engagements include Maggie in The Gift of the Magi (Opera de Metro), Hannah After in As One (Nuova Vocal Arts), Contralto in The Four-Note Opera (Institut Canadien D’Art Vocal), Zweite Dame in Die Zauberflöte (Opera at Western), Cenerentola u/s in La Cenerentola (Western University), and Meg Page u/s in Falstaff (La Musica Lirica). Hannah was a 2024 fellow at Tafelmusik Baroque Summer Institute, and has appeared as a guest soloist with the London Community Orchestra, l’Orchestre de la francophonie, and Magisterra Soloists. Upcoming engagements for Hannah include Motets: Bach as Muse with the Tafelmusik Chamber Choir, and the Poetry and Performance of the German Lied master course at the Schubert Institut.
